Delivery subject to the special regime of taxation on the margin - VAT not deductible.

This car is old and needs full restoration, or can serve for parts. This car is sold in its condition, with all visible and invisible defects and all pros and cons of a vintage car, well known and inspected by the buyer. 

This car will be paid in full on the pickup date, if the car is not paid and picked up on the pickup date, the deposit will be forfeited in favour of the seller and the contract will be cancelled. Pickup must be made within 30 days of signing the order form. If not, a damage clause of 15% on the sales price will be charged. Buyer buys from seller vehicle with the above mentioned characteristics, in the state in which it is located approved and known by the buyer. In case of any disputes, only the Court of Bruges is competent. 

The buyer confirms to have picked up the vehicle at his own request with the knowledge that the certificate of conformity was not attached. The car cannot be used on public roads without a valid technical inspection. 

All our invoices are payable cash and without discount on the collection date. As long as the delivered goods are not paid in full, they remain our property and we reserve the right to take them back or to exercise a lien on the vehicle. Any objection must be made within 8 days of delivery or collection date. Any objection must be made by registered mail and at least summarily justified. In the absence of an objection within the specified time limits, the invoice shall be deemed accepted by the buyer. 

All work in execution of a warranty must, after contradictory findings and by prior arrangement, be carried out exclusively in our workshops or in a workshop recognised by us, whereby the buyer must have the vehicle delivered or brought to us at his expense. All costs incurred outside our workshop and without our prior registered letter shall remain the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery dates are given by way of information only and are not binding on us. Delays in delivery do not entitle the buyer to compensation or rescission of the contract.
